Dr. Dominick Joseph Acquaro has been excited to practice medicine alongside his family in his hometown of Fort Wayne. He is passionate about integrating osteopathic principles into his medical practice. He enjoys playing music, cooking, and exploring the city with his wife and dog.
GABRIELLE ACQUARO, M.D.
Family Medicine
Dr. Gabi Acquaro is a Fort Wayne native, and after years away in Southern Indiana and Central Illinois, she returned home in 2021. She is delighted to live in Fort Wayne and provide care to the people of her hometown. She stays busy with her two young children, husband, and dog. She is an avid book reader and enjoys all forms of exercise.

Dr. Dominick Acquaro is originally from South Carolina but has been a Fort Wayne resident for 34+ years. He started this medical practice in 1989, and his greatest joy has been bringing his two children into the practice. He spends his free time playing music, working on cars, and spending time with his wife, Judy, while they take care of their grandbabies!
