We can provide a range of services addressing sudden and short-term health issues. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or visit your closest emergency room. We offer basic dermatology procedures to diagnose and treat common skin conditions. A referral to a dermatologist for complex or specialized dermatological issues may be necessary. MEDICARE WELLNESS VISITS
If you've had Medicare Part B for longer than 12 months, you can get a yearly "Wellness" visit. Medicare Wellness Visits are designed to assess and improve your overall health and well-being. These visits focus on preventive care, health risk assessments, and personalized health planning. A Wellness Visit is not a physical exam.

CARE COORDINATION
Care coordination involves organizing and facilitating healthcare services and communicating with your other healthcare providers to ensure that you are receiving the right care at the right time.
